I want to help Dudes with the process of finding their partner-in-crime, ride or die, faithful companion, soulmate, wife, lover, best friend–their person–for life.
… Beginning with finding themselves!
Ready to Find Your Life Partner?
You deserve true love. And it doesn't have to feel like a full-time job to find it. Okay, okay, sometimes it will feel like work, especially when you are rewiring what you have been conditioned to believe. But I got you! I'll be Coaching you through. We will channel our inner Rocky.
I'll coach you on how to meet you. The Dude you have been wanting to be. Then we will find that person of yours who is getting ready to meet you too. For online daters, we will make your profile stand out, learn how to match with women you actually want to match with, get to that first date, go on a first kiss that'll make both of you get butterflies, pointers on keeping that new relationship healthy, and even how to have better sex.
“I believe in true love and know that it will find me. I can commit to change because I know I am worth loving. I will accept the time it takes.”

MEET YOUR COACH, SARA BANYAN
I'm Sara and I want to help you with the process of finding your partner-in-crime, ride-or-die, faithful companion, soulmate, wife, lover, best friend–their person–for life. Before I turned to coaching, I worked in Hollywood alongside men such as George Clooney, then became a coach to thousands of actors like Jesse Williams and Noah Centineo. My method, “The Mornell Method” teaches people how to stop acting and start being, bringing the athlete’s mind to the artist’s soul. As a life coach, I’ve coached a Cy Young World Series-winning pitcher, the OG host of Apple Music, two former NFL players, one WWE giant, and a Tony-nominated actor with countless humanitarian and activism awards. I may not be a therapist, but I grew up in the house of—count them—two. (Oy). I’ve got a wealth of experience in the dating world, therapy, and most importantly, coaching dudes.
“Sara will introduce you to the parts of yourself that you would rather not know, and help you integrate those parts into the whole of who you are, which will inevitably bolster your performance when the pressure is on.”
